Agreement and eligibility
By registering an AW33 account or placing any wager on 360mona.com, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not open an account and do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble under the laws that apply where you are located. Providing false information about your age or identity voids all activity on the account, and any balance arising from such activity may be forfeited.
You are responsible for understanding the legal position on online gambling in your own jurisdiction. Availability of the site in a location is not legal advice and does not constitute a representation that use is lawful there.
Your account
One person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts — including those registered with different email addresses, phone numbers or payment instruments belonging to the same individual — will be closed, and bonuses claimed through them removed.
Registration details must be accurate and kept current. Your name on the account must match the name on your identity documents and on the payment methods you use, as withdrawals can only be paid to an instrument in your own name.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your session. Use a unique password, enable any available two-factor protection, and contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Deposits, withdrawals and verification
All balances are held and transacted in NPR. Supported deposit routes include local digital wallets and bank transfer methods shown in the cashier; applicable minimums, limits and processing times are displayed at the point of transaction.
Before a first withdrawal is released, we complete identity and source-of-funds verification as required by anti-money-laundering obligations. We may request documents at any later point where account activity warrants a further review.
Funds deposited must be wagered in good faith. Depositing and immediately requesting a withdrawal with minimal or no play may be treated as a payment-system abuse, and we reserve the right to return the balance to the originating method and recover any associated costs.
Bonuses and promotions
Every promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these general terms. Where the two conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that offer.
Wagering requirements, qualifying odds, maximum stake limits while a bonus is active, game weighting and expiry periods apply as stated in each offer. Breaching a stated limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Bonus abuse — including coordinated play between accounts, low-risk hedged betting designed solely to clear wagering, and the use of automated software — will result in the removal of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
Fair play and prohibited conduct
Game outcomes are determined by third-party providers' random number generators or by live studio dealing. Neither you nor AW33 can influence a result once a round has begun.
You may not use bots, scripts, automated betting tools, exploits or any technique intended to gain an unfair advantage. Attempting to interfere with the platform, its payment systems or other users' accounts is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Where an obvious error occurs — a palpable mispriced market, a technical fault, or a duplicated settlement — we reserve the right to void affected bets and correct balances to the position that would have applied without the error.
Liability, changes and disputes
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We work to minimise interruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from connectivity failures, device faults or events outside our reasonable control.
We may amend these terms to reflect changes in law, regulation or how the service operates. Material changes are notified on the site or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Disputes should first be raised with support so we can investigate. If you are unsatisfied with our final written response, you may pursue the further options described in that response. Nothing here removes rights you hold under applicable law.
